Thought i would get things started.

The nursery has me flat out like a lizard drinking but here is one From me....I like the idea for this thread.

Cryptocarpa that bed of Turb's ? is stunning and can I ask what the last crest is.

Yep they are T. Psuedopectinatus v. Rubriflorus.
Then Pediocactus knowltonii.
U. Pectenifera and last one is a monstrose Copiapoa crest I grew from seed. I have been regrafting sections of it recently and it has the nickname 'strawberry'

Maybe not as impressive as that grafted monster, but sanchez-mejoradae is one of my favorite Mamms, and always an early flowerer !

Lucky you to have a Spring now. But I can show you some Fall flowers  

A Mammillaria humbolditii v caespitosa has been in flower.
I bought seeds and sowed on 30/09/2004.

Disocactus flagelliformis flowers.

Not many flowers because it recently recovered from a big mealybug infestation.

Lots of cyathia on this Euphorbia.

The ants are having a good time on this Selenicereus megalanthus. It encourages them by making nectar on the new growth so the ants protect it from parasites.

We still don't have any sign of spring over this way. Most of my cacti in my greenhouse still haven't had any water to speak of.

I do not know in detail but WA has no snow and no ice in winter, I think.
You may be able to water to cacti from the beginning of September.

A Mammillaria luethyi propagated from an offset has been in flower.

Some more from me....
A very good bloke combed through thousands of lollypops at an importers quarantine facility. He picked out these two fantastic mutations and gave them to me to propagate for collectors. Normal lollypop cacti I wouldn't touch with a barge pole, but... these two are COOOOL IMHO.
