| Good. They actually put pics up this time. The seller was asking $5000 buy it now and starting bid $3000. Looks like a good collection, some nice Melos and Echinos too. Hmmm, wish I wasn't so broke right now. | |

| seriously, if you can sell a "collection" on ebay and claim its that big with only two tiny pictures then ima gon sell a bit of my collection, lets say $5000 starting price for an "INSTANTANEOUS CACTUS COLLECTION"
of 500 plants or more.
hehe, reckon she will sell

on what grounds did they refuse to sell? even if you were going to resell on ebay thats your own choice. I would.

| Hang on - isn't the 'buy now' thing a 'legally binding contract'? I reckon you have grounds for recourse. Go to Ebay and shake the tree, Prickly; the apples should fall... Oh, and watertrade - your avatar's very cute now! | |

| Prickly - They are legally bound to sell you the cactus. Contact ebay and let us know how you got on................its not fair as you won them | |

| yep... the seller assumes all responsibilities for listing any item, by bidding you are agreeing to a legally bound contract in which you must pay for the item if you are the winning bidder and the seller must send it. | |

| So all that 'legally binding stuff' is just garbage. What about consumer affairs or the police...isn't that fraud? | |

| I hate to suggest it, but maybe some prime-time publicity will emabrrass the non-cooperating parties.
Mention of lawyers and reporters might make them shift their sorry backside.
Might... | |
