| I was thinking about starting a smelly flower army and thought I would start off here and see if anyone had some cuts that they could possibly sell? Thanks in advance.

| If you asked last season I would have had plenty.
I had this orbea variegata but during the winter it was very limp and I didn't know what was wrong with it so I repotted it when there was a warm period. Bad choice. The next week it was freezing and most of the plants (I divided it) got severe frost damage then rotted. I had about 15 individual plants of it and now I've got only four remaining.
Cuttings of at least orbea variegata should be commonly up for sale since it's pretty common. I can't offer mine though because if I disturb them they will probably die. They haven't recovered yet. Good luck finding some.

| Thanks Mitchell, I apreciate it either way. I just normally surf the boards before going onto ebay or an online vendor ect.
Has anyone had any experience growing these from seed?

| 2 years ago my plant produced seeds so I sowed them but they soon died because I didn't water them and they were outside in an open tray.
They did have pretty much 100% germination and germinated fast.
Can't tell you much past that stage.
I sowed them as soon as the seed pod opened in general cactus mix and watered them in.

| Ì've thought of trying some of those, butI have so much else going on, and I have (no exaggeration) thousands of cacti, nearly a thousand lithops and bunch of carnivorous plants too. So I have just about enough to keep my hands full without taking on any new kinds of plants. They are interesting to read about and I do like seeing the photos that other people post of their collections. | |

| By some of the photo's you have shown you seriously have your hands full. Is it just a hobby IXOXI? There are actually a few different varietys of these plants, also.
I am determined! Peace ~Kandahar

| Not a wholesaler. I am looking for mutants, and working on cultivars. It's a numbers game and you gotta be in it to win it. | |

| I've got a mini collection and can spare some cuttings of Orbea variegata & Stapelia hirsuta.
I've not grown any from seed. It's all been either bought or taken from cuttings.
