| Well, I spent today at the show, wandering around in a perpetual state of awe and putting a bit of a dent in my wallet. The show still has another day to run, so if you haven't gone already, try and do so ASAP.
Pictures to come...

| Good stuff Lachy, I only made a flying visit this year myself, caught up with Crypto briefly and met Amnesia for the first time ! Rather than start another thread I'll just add couple of pics here... Some general views of the display area - The show bench, pretty light on I though, but then I'm not into the whole showing thing anyway, so who am I to complain ! ;-) Oh and nice hat !! A couple of plants - Hoodia of some type Nice Euphorbia greenwayii And one of the two sales rooms. The crowd down the back is at Crypto's bench, he seemed to be doing well and had some lovely little rare gems !

| Some more pics: Some sales areas... everyone had a different approach for displaying their plants. There was an incredible variety for sale. Plants were also available bare-rooted and as cuttings. I saw some fantastic Pachycereus and Pilosocereus cuttings that would have made excellent feature plants in a garden. At the other end of the scale were tiny cuttings that could be picked up for small change. A wide variety of books were also available, including some bargains available second-hand, a good way to pick up long out of print material. | |

| Thank you so much for the amazing photos! Great plants - so big and so tenderly cared about - it is really a pleasure to see that you have exhibitions of cacti
We will look forward to view the same photoreport about the Spring Show 2011! | |
