About to receive some seeds of these guys.
Any tips or advice?

Suggest you do some research as I think they're winter growers from memory, so you may have to adjust your methods accordingly.

I really couldn't find any info on growing them from seed so I just followed the same method I used for the cactus seed I got.
Take away container sealed with cling wrap and a media mix of sifted potting mix, gravel, sand and coco coir.
I bought 5 seeds and a week down, 5 have sprouted!
1 has toppled over on to its side but the other 4 seem to have dug their roots in, it's going to be a bit of a guessing game from here, but I will prob wait another few weeks and then prick a hole or two in the cling wrap, slowly acclimate them.
Fingers crossed I get it right.....

your on the right track.

i think with seeds the most important thing of all is the application and maintinance of adequate and appropriate water/moisture/humidity. get this right... heat (not as important as some may think... but it certainly helps) and a little light will pollish things up real nice with ease.

Bit of an update...

All 5 seeds sprouted within a week but then a few days later I lost one and just this morning I have lost another.
The first one that didn't make it, seemed to just shrivel up and it appeared too dry. (The mix is neither dry nor soggy)
The second one to go rotted but it was the top growth that rotted not the base.

My thought is that the condensation has dripped down onto the leaves and rotted the new growth of the second plant, the first one that went I have no idea.
I have removed the cover (had slowly started punching holes in the cling wrap over the last week) but now the cover it completely off.

I have 3 seedlings left, with any luck one will make it!
