ACF – FORUM RULES
1. The forum will be conducted in an ethical manner! Any person who does not act in good faith will be dealt with accordingly (Banned). We realise accidental breaches of the forum rules may occur and so long as you are acting honestly with the values of the forum in mind appropriate action will be taken.
2. Any illegal activity is FORBIDDEN (Moderators/Admin have final say). Do NOT contact forum moderators/administrators enquiring about legality the onus is on YOU to find out. ACF will in no way be responsible for any legal situation as a result of using the forum.
3. Due to the complexity of National, International and State laws, the Australian Cacti Forum and its associated staff are unable to provide advice as to the legal status of possessing, cultivating and/or trading certain species of plant. We would ask that all members take personal responsibility in familiarising themselves with the applicable legislation and regulations for their respective country/state/territory. 4. The discussion of cactus alkaloids is FORBIDDEN (Moderators/Admin have final say). A warning system will be implemented if arguments arise over the discussion of cactus alkaloids.
5. Moderators/Admin has the right to edit move or delete anything on the forum.
6. New Members: Please read through the forum thoroughly before posting you will find many of your questions have been answered in previous discussions.
7. Thread Hijacking/stealing is considered rude and will not be tolerated.

“Taking over a thread on a message board by taking a part of the original posted topic, twisting it around and "hijacking" the thread itself. What happens is that the original content contained in the post becomes moot and whatever the "Thread Jacker" has manipulated the content to be becomes the new content thereby "hijacking" the original intent of post. People now respond to the "thread jacker's" input and the that becomes the focus of the tread.”
