| And this is a bit of a joke, this is Mammillaria egregia (or lasiacantha v. if you prefer). It's in it's second year and wouldn't be 1 cm across yet, that pot edge is the side of a 65mm pot ! This thing is tiny, yet it reckons it's going to have a go anyway ! | |

| Bit of an update with some recent activity.. Another Solisia, this seed from a different supplier and it looks slightly different. Also this younger, smaller plant is able to spread it's flowers amongst the spines a little easier... | |
