Yes trich scop i prefer harrisia juspertii as scion grows faster and get more flowers though i have used trich scop for this one and a loph because the scion was already large and didnt want to push it to much.

Great to see this top quality stuff! I love the Kikko Koh-Yo Myriostigma and the Luyethis. As good as it gets!

I have to ask do the luyethi set seeds.... you can guess the next question if they do. new member - Page 2 Icon_lol

Luethyi is self pollinating, seed is embeded into the body of plant hard to determine when seed is ripe by all reports seed is very difficult to germinate. All my luethyi's are propagated from cuttings. Do you have a luethyi

Impressive plants, thanks for sharing them...fantastic work!

Yes M. luethyi is a tough one to germinate...it can be done, but the seed is often not very willing. One of the theories is that the seed that is offered isn't ready, because of the reasons you've mentioned, and it's been extracted forcefully ahead of its time. It may even be that the seed isn't supposed to germinate until the parent plant has died and released it. M. theresae and a few others are in the same boat. I've also read that soaking the seed before sowing can help, but I trialed that with theresae without seeing any improvement...

Oh yeah, and welcome to the forum! new member - Page 2 Icon_wink
