A hot day in SA - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: A hot day in SA   A hot day in SA - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 14, 2009 5:15 am

Hot days have been continued. It is too long but some cacti seem no problem at all for them.
I bought red flower asterias seeds last year and grafted seedlings. They have been in flower with various colors.
Which color do you like?

I don't believe I've ever seen Astro flowers with that depth of colour before. Those rich pink flowers are incredible.

Hanazono (Flower garden): Many areoles but one flower on each areole
Hanaizumi (flower springs): Multiple flowers from one areole, normally 3 flowers
My super, right lower parts, 2 flowers from on areole

Emanuele
I could see Hanaizumi in 2008/2009 seed list of Arizona Cactus Garden in Australia but could not see in 2009/2010 list.
He normally gets seeds from Europe and so you can buy in Europe, I think.

Doughnut ibo kabut has not been in market and you can not buy seeds.
