Nice oddities Crypto ! I think the Mamm is M. herrerae

Especially like the booleanus, they're very Strombo like....

So do you find the multi grafts are much slower as all the heads draw from the Peri ??

Yeh you are right on the Mamm Navajoa. My apologies for the wrong name on the turb it is actually T.hoferi . It does look very like a Strombo. Being a lumper I'd probably chuck strombo into Turbs. It seems to hybridize with some too. The closest turb as far as I know to strombocactus is actually T.alonsoi. That is a beautiful species. I have some hybrids I did with it and strombo. They are intermediate between the two.
Also sorry to have taken down some photos from an earlier post, my flickr account is full.

These Ariocarpus hybrids were flowering today. I think judging by the flower size there is a bit of hybrid vigor going on. Shame the earwigs ate a petal. They all have Scapharostris blood in them, this gives them pink flower and a dark body colour that I like. Needless to say I have ensured that f2 seed is on the way.
Second pic is A.scapharostrisXA.trigonis I really love this plant.

I have seen normal herndezi that has been grafted change to form cristate.
