Sorry about the punny alliteration - couldn't help myself.

Anyway, I thought that I'd link two of my favourite stapeliad sites, for those of that inclination. A warning though: one might find them frustrating because one could well want to track down specimens for one' self (as I do!), and it's not easy to find the diversity in Australia. Gerald Barad's Stapeliads: orchids of the succulent world.

Martin Heigan's Stapeliads "Hidden Treasures of the Desert"

I'll probably add more as I continue to torture myself, but please feel free to link any that might be of interesat to others.

And another good one if you're an Asclepiad fan - Chris Moore's Asclepiad Exhibition

Those stapelia websites are gold... I reckon I might be spending quite some time browsing through all those pics.

Does anyone know of good places to buy stapelias and others of their ilk, for that matter?

I don't see stapelias around in the nurserys much Lach, I'll have a look at Collectors Corner (I am going today) and let you know what they have there. The Roraima Nursery has a couple online too http://www.roraimanursery.com.au/index.php but they charge $15 flat postage so you would have to buy a fair bit to make the postage worthwhile.
Otherwise eBay or Oztion I guess. I only have one recent acquisition which I have yet to see flower
