| Looks like a Cereus to me. Probably peruvianus.
Nice enough specimen, and if there's not a big one in a garden near you to provide a cutting then a fair deal for $6! | |

| The question was a bit tongue in cheek - I think I can write off 6 dollars without too much worry.
