The one on the left is myrtillocactus geometrizans. One on the right is definitely "bridgesiioid".

Top ones are Trichocereus "Pachanoid" variety. I have one very similar at home. It is the first cactus I ever owned. Very active plant.

Next one down looks to be Parodia magnifica. Has it flowered yet?

Trich's are so readily cross pollinated that there is almost no pure lines left in Aus. That's why I use terms like peruvianoid, pachanoid etc. Yours definitely appears to be pachanoid.

I have a number of peruvianoids at home and have seen many many different cuttings from all over Aus. Pervianoids tend to exhibit longer and more numerous spination than pachanoids. The areole's are larger and the hair on them is often darker, trending more towards a brown colour.

Trich's are some of the hardest cacti to positively I.D. with 100% accuracy. The only way to know for sure is to take observations of the flower and view the pollen under a microscope. Its is a common phenomenon with these species that, for example, one plant may look like a pach in every way but when the flower and pollen is examined it turns out to be more related to a peru, bridgesii etc. One thing is safe to say is that almost all plants in this country have had at least one cross pollination somewhere in its ancestry. That is why there is so mush variation from on plant to another. (even within plantings of seed from the same seed pod)

It is interesting to note also that the spread of plants in cultivation by humans has also had the same effect on wild populations.

I have often considered the possibility of creating a genetic library by creating a benchmark genetic profile for each species then map the hybridising from generation to generation but lets face it, no company or wealthy individual is interested enough in these plants to fund such a project. Crying or Very sad

Up here it takes roughly 3 years to grow to flowering size. I think the actual height of the plant is more of a trigger to flower than its age. That's been my experience anyway. My original pach is many years old, multi head and short (approx. 1.2 meters) because I have taken cuttings several times in the past. Never flowered.

But a peru I have is over 2 meters tall and is only a few years old. This one has already flowered several times. I haven't taken any cuttings from this plant before.

Its worth noting though that this is just what I have experienced so far. I have seen other trich's flowering at 50cm.

Top one is a Cereus. Probably Cereus peruvianus. Really delicious fruit. If you put it in the ground it will grow very quickly and will get MASSIVE!! (4 meters +) We have one at the local landfill that produces hundreds of fruits in a single flush. If it was anywhere else I would harvest the fruit every year but being at a dump it probably isn't safe to eat them.

Bottom one is very interesting! Not quite sure what it is.Possibly a terscheckii but it could be a number of other lesser know species.

Top one is a stenocactus. Probably stenocactus multicostatus but cant be sure until it flowers. Second one is a bit more tricky. I have definitely seen it around before but can't quite place it. I'm thinking some kind of opuntia. It could also belong to one of the many genus that are adaptations of opuntia i.e. cylindropuntia, austrocylindropuntia etc.

The third one I haven't seen before but it looks like one of the forest cacti.
