Profile signature not displaying?

hi guys.
ive updated my profile to include a signature? ive entered my text and saved it but it isnt displayed?
if i go back into my profile the text is still there?

actually im now finding its only applied to some of my previous posts. like one or two posts in a thread have it and others do not?
is this normal?
i didnt see it at all till posting this thread?

as a bonus to my new signature i get a new advertisment pop up... juice chef... the game or somat. lol.
