PostSubject: Faucaria tigrina   Faucaria tigrina EmptyMon May 03, 2010 4:39 pm

I came home this afternoon to find my first seed grown plant in flower.
Not the most spectacular flower but I'm excited nonetheless! I've got about 10 plants left from the 15-20 seeds I sowed, only 1 other is growing a flower bud this year.

That's really cool. From seed to flowering plant is always a nice accomplishment.

Plus, Faucarias are always really cute, happy-looking little plants... Very Happy

The close ups are about four to five i think. The big clump is made up of several different seedlings slight variation have to look close to notice.

The top photo is not F. tigrina, it is one of the many hybrids with F. tuberculosa in its parentage.
