Would anyone like to hazard a guess on this cactus.... I think it could be a facheiroa sp. but am unsure of the species name. It has been growing in our garden for about 10 yearsand is around 7 feet x 5 feet at present

A quick hunt around would suggest it is facheiroa ulei but I only did a quick search. You would have to try and find some more info on the other 8 species + 2 subspecies in that genus. Its a very impressive plant. When was this photo taken?
